Summary
Trapped in a toxic relationship with his infantile father, twenty year old Dmitri dreams of escape from the blistering reality of homelessness in rural Pennsylvania. When Benny, an old childhood friend, returns home for Christmas break with his new and affluent girlfriend Jess, Dmitri's dreams of escape shift into something more attainable as he forces himself deeper and deeper into their relationship, in an attempt to leave this world of cut throat survival behind him.
