Issue #1 known to exist in two states. State A is 20 cm tall, consists of [24] pages (including covers), and includes on page [21] an image of an article from a Baltimore newspaper, dated Oct. 23, 1967, reporting on a U.S. Supreme Court decision granting protection to magazines containing pictures of nude men and women. State B is 22 cm tall and also consists of [24] pages but does not include the Baltimore newspaper article image. Many of the remaining illustrations are the same in both states, but a few are different. The slightly taller format of state B matches the height of issue no. 2, which is likewise 22 cm tall, suggesting that state B is later than state A.
