Songs on cd. 1 & the Bennett & Rainier songs on cd. were first published on Argo analog discs ZRG 5418 & ZRG 5439 in 1964 & 1965, both reissued in 1965 on ZK 28--ZK 29; the Britten folk song settings on cd. 2 were first issued on [English] Decca LW 5122 in 1955, the remaining songs on cd. 2 (except for the Bennett & Rainier) about the same time on Decca LW 5241.
