Script: Written in a well formed hand imitating French late medieval chancery cursives, but with strong influences of italic also.
In pale brown ink with heading at beginning and explicit in red. Illuminated initial "Q" on f. 1 in a square frame, three miniatures on ff. 3r, 5r, and 9r, within plain gold-leaf arched frames, each about 68 mm. tall, 56 mm. wide.
Parchment thin, often yellow and with evident creases, almost certainly derived from blank portions of one or more large documents.
Binding: Modern French binding of tan niger elaborately tooled in blind and gold, edges gilt, with matching slipcase, the binder's name "RANDEYNES & FILS" stamped on the verso of the front flyleaf.
In French.
