Summary
A multicultural gang of super-powered humans who formed into the Blood Syndicate after the "Big Bang", a battle with the police, killed many gang members on Paris Island. The Blood Syndicate was formed of the remnants of the Paris Island Bloods and the Force Syndicate. The police had released a "tear gas" that contained a quantum juice that transformed survivors and gave them super powers. The early leaders decided to use the might of the group for good, but internal tensions and lack of a central vision leads to the ultimate disintegration of the Syndicate.
