Discusses policies governing frequent flyer bonus coupons, accommodations upgrades, and frequent traveler programs for Federal Government employees on official business. Highlights H.R. 930, the Travel and Transportation Reform Act of 1997, to require use of the Federal travel charge card for all travel expenses to the maximum extent practicable, and to authorize up to 10 programs to test methods for paying travel and relocation expenses.
