A physician in a white coat and a woman sit in 3/4 view on chairs facing a boy. The woman holds a pair of crutches. As the boy sits in a chair with his left leg extended, the physician examines his ankle. The boy's sock and shoe are on the floor by the woman's feet. To the left and above the physician is a variety of medical equipment, lights, wheelchairs, crutches, etc.
