Summary
A panoramic scene of the bustling harbor in Yokohama showing an American vessel loading cargo; passengers, including five women, are on the deck. Next to it is a French ship, also with women passengers on deck. A second French ship appears just behind the American one and, farther away are a third French ship and a British one. Five longboats also appear, each flying its nation's flag.
