Summary
In Rwanda, those who took part in one of the worst genocides of the 20th century in 1994 may soon be free. The 100,000 people in prison, accused of mass murder, may be tried by a local justice system called the Gacaca. Under this law murders can be freed after 8 years in prison if they admit their guilt. But how do Tutsis who survived the genocide - but lost friends and family members to it, feel about this new approach? We visited Rwanda to find out.
