Book 5 has separate letterpress title page dated 1616. "Certayne divine tractates, and other godly sermons", also printed by Stansby (STC), has separate pagination, register, and title page with imprint "London printed for Henrie Fetherstone. 1618.". It includes a reprint of "A supplication made to the Privy Counsel" by Walter Travers. Within this section, "The ansvvere of Mr. Richard Hooker to a supplication, preferred by Master Walter Trauers, to the Honorable Lords of the Priuie Concell", "A learned discourse of iustification, works, and how the foundation of faith is ouerthrowne", "Three learned sermons", and "Tvvo sermons vpon part of S. Iudes Epistle" each have separate dated title page with same imprint. Copies occur with varying editions of the Tractates; copies lacking them may represent an early issue (STC).
