Summary
The setting is Germany, right after reunification. A social-worker, with the mission to bring a Polish family to their destination (an immigration camp in a small provincial town called Rassau), is kidnapped. Chief inspector Koern and his girlfriend start to investigate, exploring a world of obsessive sex and an overwhelming irrational love of the German nation, which infiltrates everyone's mind. Racism doesn't start with shaved hair and boots but rather in the middle of society itself (adapted from IMDb).
