Extensive manuscript notes on front endpapers. Illegible canceled ownership inscription at head of title. Monogram stamp and manuscript date "1695" of Narcissus Luttrell.

The first part quotes and answers attacks on Mary Queen of Scots and the Duke of Norfolk in: Salutem in Christo, [London : J. Day, 1571], a pamphlet signed R.G. [Richard Grafton?]. The second part attacks Francis Bacon and William Cecil, Baron Burghley.
