Summary
Short film following a day in the life of a young army officer and his partner, a schoolteacher. [WARNING: includes a brief scene featuring dead bodies.]. While Gennady defends the nation, carrying a comrade through a swamp and parachuting from a plane, Valentina discusses the future with her pupils and takes them to visit a former concentration camp.
