Summary
Manuscript document, on parchment, in a scribal hand, of a conveyance by William Curtys, a London pewterer, to Geoffrey Walkeden, a London skinner, and his son and heir Tomas Walkeden. Curtys conveys a freehold grove of trees in Edmonton and two acres of copyhold land held of the Dean and Chapter of St. Paul's and called Bowestones. Document written and witnessed by Thomas Pierson, scrivener of St. Pancras, London.
