Louise Linstedt (1888-1958) traveled with her husband, Arthur Leonard Lindstedt (1889-1946), from Rockford, Illinois, to Missouri, Kansas, Colorado, New Mexico, Arizona, California, Oregon, Washington, Montana, Wyoming, and South Dakota in 1933.
Summary
Typescript volume by Louise Lindstedt recounting a trip taken by car from Rockford, Illinois, throughout the west, 1933 June 20-August 17. Lindstedt and her husband visited Missouri, Kansas, Colorado, New Mexico, Arizona, California, Oregon, Washington, Montana, Wyoming, and South Dakota, paying particular interest to the California missions and United States National Parks. Pasted down are 100 postcards and 90 photographs of sites visited.
