Summary
The documentary presents relationships between humans and nature in different parts of the Amazon today, and what are the consequences of this occupation for the rain forest and the world. We met Indians, miners, industries, farms, social movements, and much more, creating a huge panel and trying to comprehend how the 25 million Brazilian inhabitants live in their side of the forest (which represents 80% of all Amazonian rainforest). In addition, we interviewed some of today's top experts in the region, and celebrities who were involved in the defense of the Amazon, like James Cameron, director of "Avatar".
