Summary
Documentary focussing on the largescale reconstruction project undertaken in Moscow after the Second World War. Footage includes scenes of Gorky Street, Pushkin Square, horses and trams. Archive footage of narrow streets is contrasted to contemporary scenes of new metro lines, roads, street cleaning, housing construction and interior decoration.
