Summary
This data collection is a test version of the Census Bureau data file format for the 1980 P.L. 94-171 Population Counts and is based on data from the 1978 Dress Rehearsal Census of Richmond, Virginia, and the adjacent Chesterfield and Henrico counties. It follows the format and technical conventions that were planned for use with the 1980 Census data at the beginning of 1981. Population counts are given for American Indians, Eskimos, Aleuts, Asians, Pacific Islanders, and other races and ethnic groups, including those of Spanish origin.Cf: http://doi.org/10.3886/ICPSR07810.v1
