作者曾经在无锡电影胶片厂工作多年,对无锡电影胶片厂有着深厚的感情,作者是从2015年初开始组成《无锡电影胶片厂40年》课题团队,从收集, 走访, 查阅开始,已经初步收集到1958至1998年有关胶片厂照片超过10000张,影像资料40余部,1970年至2003年档案资料,特别是已经陆续采访了60多位原胶片厂厂级领导和部分中层干部等,采录的口述史资料80多万字.最终编撰出一部从影像, 口述到实录全方位记录一家大型国企的变迁的厂史.本书分概述,口述史,附录等几部分,以时间为轴线,以阶段,事件,人物为坐标,再现其艰难曲折的发展历程.
