Biographical / Historical Note
Ejnar Posselt (1883-1971) emigrated from Denmark to the United States in 1902 and worked as an engineer. Posselt married Winifred "Peggy" Hughes (1892- ). He later married Ottilie Nockin (1887- ) and Ellen Nielsen (1895- ). Posselt died in Connecticut.
Summary
Photograph album of Ejnar Posselt and Peggy Posselt documenting their travels to Denmark and Sweden in 1910 and through Colorado from 1910 to 1914. Photographs in Colorado show the Posselts travelling by automobile in present-day Rocky Mountain National Park and at cement plants (including the Colorado Portland Cement Company) near Denver. Also present are photographs of Posselt at a powerplant he had engineered with "Weber" for the Creede Tribune mines.
