Summary
Otto Deutsch was one of thousands of Jewish refugee children to be transported from Austria to the UK in the years leading up to the Holocaust. He tells his story in this video designed for use in secondary history lessons. Otto visits his childhood home in Austria, describes his journey to England, and talks about his struggle to fit into his new surroundings.
