Summary
Behaviour management guru Sue Cowley works with primary school teachers on issues of pupil behaviour, stress and school rules. How does a teacher suffering a high level of personal stress deal with a difficult class? Behaviour management expert Sue Cowley offers Jackie Rochester, a member of Summerfield School's senior management team, tips on dealing with stress levels. In a reconstruction, Jackie is seen suffering daily stresses such as running late, arguing with her child over breakfast and queuing in traffic. She is then shown losing her temper with a lively art class. Sue shows Jackie how to defuse her inner tension and avoid passing on personal stress to her pupils.
