Summary
Making Sense of the Sports-Food Scene provides an overview of the importance of appropriate fueling before, during, and after exercise. Featuring a breakout session at the 2009 ACSM Heath & Fitness Summit, the DVD discusses several of the popular engineered sports foods that athletes commonly consume.
