Summary
Exercising With Type 1 Diabetes: Physiological Concerns and a Clinical Perspective addresses the key aspects of exercising with Type 1 Diabetes (T1D). The video details the physiological concerns of athletes with T1D, as well as looks at exercising with T1D from a clinical perspective. Initially, the video defines type 1 diabetes and explains how those individuals with T1D can optimize their level of performance through appropriate fuel availability.
