Summary
Dynamic Full-Body Circuits provides an overview of how to incorporate five basic foundational movements (squatting, lunging, pushing, pulling, and rotating) and training paradigms into one full-body circuit. The video details how to manipulate the movement variables to make the workout applicable to the fitness level of any exerciser. The video also discusses how to utilize each movement as a part of an integrated program. In addition, the video explains how the workout can be modified to develop other physical- or motor-related components, for example, speed, power, strength, and agility.
