Summary
This series dramatizes Frances Hodgson Burnett's classic children’s novel of an orphaned girl sent to live in her uncle's lonely house on the Yorkshire moors. In part one, Mary Lennox's parents pass away in India. She journeys to Misselthwaite Manor, where she meets Mrs. Medlock, Martha, and John, and experiences culture shock. Martha tells her about a secret garden that Archibald Craven locked up a decade ago, and she’s intrigued by a mystery patient in the east wing. A BBC Production.
