Summary
A tale of romance and sacrifice, tyranny and hatred set during the French Revolution. Part Two of this presentation of Dickens' "Tale of Two Cities" covers events found in Book 2: Chapters 1-6. They include the trial of Charles Darnay in London's Old Bailey Court and show Sydney Carton's realization of his wasted potential when compared to Darnay, and his unworthiness of Lucie Manette's love.
