Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer is an American film production and distribution media company.

Black and white gelatin silver photographs created by Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer of film sets and props for Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer films The Bad Man of Brimstone (1937) and Some Came Running (1958). Photographs of Some Came Running sets show production slates with production information in chalk, including the production number, scene number, set name, the last name of the director, Vincente Minnelli. Unidentified actors, extras, and crew members are visible in some photographs. Some photographs include typewritten text on the versos listing props and furniture pictured, identifying the rental companies and prop houses where props were sourced. Most photographs have ownership stamps from the Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Property Department on the versos. Photograph dates and other unique identifying numbers are printed on the negatives.
