Summary
F2/c Adolfo Celaya served in the United States Navy from 1944-1945. Once he completed his basic training, he was assigned to the heavy cruiser the USS Indianapolis. He was aboard her when she was hit by Japanese torpedoes sinking the ship. He was one of the 317 survivors from a crew of over 1,100.
