George III's account of the military preparedness of the British forces and request for additional appropriations for the war.
Followed by a bitter attack against the tyrannical treatment of the American colonies addressed "To His Majesty of Great Britain. Deluded Prince," and an extract of a letter, dated Bordeaux, November 20, 1777, briefly recounting the sinking of the ship Reprisal and the rescue of its one surviving crew member.
