The title page is in four settings, all in red and black: (1) title has "deadlie sinns"; (2) with Good Shepherd device; (3) with device of a lion's head atop a shield; (4) with an ornament with female head and laurel leaves at top, dated 1598. There are some minor variations in imprints.
