One, Bristol B7180, has printed certificate at foot: We certify the foregoing to be a true copy of the act of Congress ... compared with the inrollment thereof, signed by the President of the United States. [blank] secretary of the Senate, [blank] clerk of the House of Representatives. The other, Evans 22196, is without this certificate; printed area measures 14.4 x 12.9 cm.
Francis Childs and John Swaine were printers to the Congress in 1789.
