At head of title: Weil viel Deutsche die englische Bittschrift, die jetzt zum Unterschreiben herum getragen wird, nicht verstehen, und kein verständiger Mann etwas unterschreiben wird das er nicht verstehet; so hat man diese Bittschrift treulich verdeutschen lassen. Die Uebersetzung lautet also:
