Aventure was a literary journal published in Paris, France, in three issues, 1921 November-1922 January, edited by surrealist author René Crevel.
Roger Vitrac (1899-1952), French surrealist playwright and poet.
Summary
Manuscripts and printed proofs for a projected fourth issue of Aventure, edited by Roger Vitrac. Manuscripts, with printer's annotations, include autograph manuscript poetry and prose by Aragon, Georgio de Chirico, Matthew Josephson, Pierre de Massot, Francis Picabia, and Roger Vitrac, with other notes and a "communiqué à la presse" in unidentified hands. Also present are a draft letter, typescript carbon, 1922 March 19, about editing of Aventure by Vitrac; and a printed subscription form.
