Summary
Panoramic photograph taken by W. W. Murff of McAllen, Texas, 1916 September 24. Annotations in the negative identify the locations of United States Army regiments, squadrons, and cavalry units, including Squadron A, the First and Second Field Artillery, and the 69th, 12th, 7th, and 22nd regiments of the First Cavalry. Also identified is the United States Army hospital. The towns of Pharr and Mission are identified in the eastern and western extremes with Mexico to the south.
