Summary
Two notebooks, two manuscript maps, and a report relating to building a coal mine in Broughton. Notebooks show land measurements and list acreage available for unworked coal. Manuscript maps provide references to where the coal mine will be built. The report is addressed to the Earl of Egremont, possibly George O'Brien Wyndham, and details issues with base installations in the mine.
