The manuscripts of Henry Duncan Skrine, Esq. : Salvetti correspondence contains letters of Amerigo Salvetti, Tuscan representative at the British court, to the Grand Duke of Tuscany. These letters, written from April, 1625, to December, 1628, were in Tuscan dialect and partly in cipher; the translation was made by H. Wilson of Florence. cf. p. [1]
