Franklin, Mason, Carroll, and numerous assistants : the dresses by Mr. and Miss Godbee : properties, &c. by Mr. Dix : the machinery by Mr. R. Dennis : the costume & scenery, superintended by Mr. J.R. Cruikshanks, from the drawings of himself and his brother, Mr. G. Cruikshanks, the celebrated artist of the original work
