Layout: single column of 20-28 lines.
Script: bolorgir.
Decoration: some marginal ornaments. Rubrication.
Binding: stamped leather over boards.
No colophon present; dating suggested by paleography. Manuscript written by several hands, including Asil (named on f. 58v). Inscriptions, in notragir, on inside front cover and on flyleaf indicate that in AE 1140 (=AD 1691) the volume was owned by Varder in the village of Munčusun.

Contents include sermons on animals, reptiles, sinners, and creatures who are subject to the laws of God (ff. 1r-v, 52r-58v), as well as three incomplete unidentified sermons (ff. 2r-40v); Gēorg Vardapet, On the early and late Easter, ff. 66r-68v; Commentary on the Gospel of John, ff. 68v-69v; sermon by St. Ephrem [Syrus], ff. 93r-94r; On the death of the Mother of God by the blessed Grigor, ff. 41r-51v; John Chrysostom, On fasts and prayers, ff. 94r-114v; "On Chronology," a chronicle in several hands to AE 787 (=AD 1338) and again from AE 478 (=AD 1029) to AE 749 (=AD 1300), ff. 144v-148v.
