Davies William de Lima Monteiro is Full Professor of Electrical Engineering and Optics, Research Manager of Optical Metrology in Industry, and Founding member of the Brazilian Society for Optics and Photonics. Bruno Lovaglio Cançado Trindade is Professor of Ophthalmology and Head of the Cornea Department of the Feluma Eye Institute.
