This publication analyzes four architecture faculties in Latin American countries (Peru, Mexico, Venezuela and Brazil) and compares them with the Bauhaus School of Design (BSD) and the Chandigarh College of Architecture (CCA), as built references of modernism. The purpose is to identify the points of confluence between the perspectives of the Modern Movement and those of each designer in their respective context, and the influence of this way of thinking on the design of the Latin American schools of architecture of this era in terms of spatial configuration, perception and discourses, seeking to go beyond the formal characteristics, traditionally discussed.
