Summary
Writes that he is glad to be able, as Speaker of the House of Representatives, to transmit to Lucy the condolences of the House (see GLC02437.08055). Stresses that he was so beloved that the resolution was unanimous among house members. Believes that community support will soften the blow to Lucy and to Knox's friends, as they will know how highly the community thought of Knox.
