The Czech company Virtual Lab has developed a cutting-edge training solution using virtual reality called VR ICU, to serve hospital intensive care units. VR ICU has already achieved success in Czech hospitals and medical training centers. The management challenge now is to more deeply understand markets and customers in order to manage customer relationships as effectively as possible. In addition, the time has come for international expansion. The most promising market is Poland, which neighbors the Czech Republic.
