Summary
Tetra Travels is a travel and tourism company (based in Delhi, India) founded by Priyanka Sinha and Deepika Saxena1 on November 2017 to curate sensorial-based itineraries with a special focus on the visually impaired (VI) travelers. The case reviews Tetra Travels eight months into operations (July 2018). Tetra Travels conducted seven trips, with significant effort from its co-founders, but has yet to raise significant profits from their trips or gain traction among the VI community in India. The case invites students to discuss the potential pitfalls and early challenges of this nascent venture and suggest recommendations for the founders to sustain and scale this unique venture.
