Summary
Brazil is the fourth country with the most prisoners in the world, behind only the USA, China and Russia. Unlike the three, it is the only one that continues to increase its incarceration rates. The series will investigate the logic behind this system, in which the increase in arrests does not coincide with the improvement in violence rates.
