Appended is Rabelais' work: Pantagrueline prognosticatio[n] certaine veritable et i[n]falible pour la[n] mil. D.xxxiii. nouuelleme[n]t composee au profit et aduiseme[n]t de ge[n]s estourdis et musars de nature p[ar] maistre Alcofribas architriclin dudict Pantagruel ...[Lyon, François Juste, 1532] ([8] p. Signature: A⁴. At end: device of Juste, without monogram.

On verso of a leaf following [A4]: Reproduit en fac-similé à trois cents exemplaires pour les Éditions des Quatre chemins par Frazier-Soye, imprimeur à Paris, l'an mil neuf cent vingt-cinq.

The two facsimiles are reproduced from the original pamphlets in the Bibliothèque nationale, Paris (Rés. Y² 2124; and Rés. Y² 2125). Fol. A3 wanting in Y² 2124, has been reprinted from a copy in the Staatsbibliothek, Munich (Rar. 54 m) and accompanies the volume as a detached leaf. Of Y² 2125 no other copy is known. The volume is bound in flexible vellum with François Juste's device in gilt on front cover.

To the inside front cover is attached facsimile of a manuscript note as found with the original copy.
