Incipit: "Bismillāh al-Raḥmān al-Raḥīm ... al-Ḥamdu lillāh alladhī hadānā lil-īmān wa-al-Islām ..."

البداية: "بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم ... الحمد لله الذي هدينا للإيمان والإسلام ..."

Good naskhī, in red and black; ʻunwān in gold on leaf 1 verso; colored drawings of the holy places in Medina and Mecca on leaf 13 verso and 14 recto.

Sparse marginalia.

Islamic binding, in red, with flap.

Colophon: "Tammat sanat 1274."

الخاتمة: "تمت سنة 1274."

Translation of the colophon: "Completed in the year 1274 [of the Hijrah = 1857/1858]."

Preceded by 1 leaf of notes.

Copied in A.H. 1274 (A.D. 1857 or 1858). Leaves 87 verso-89 recto contain a supplementary prayer by another hand, dated A.H. 1278 (A.D. 1861 or 1862).
