Inscription in Polish on leaves 9-11, dated December 23, 1725, indicates that this book was given to the Church of St. Barbara [in Eastern Poland or Western Ukraine] during an official visit by a representative of the (Basilian?) Order. Inscription is signed Stephan Liscienko. Purchased from Barbara Dunayev-Horner on the Edwin J. Beinecke Fund, 1998.
