Watermark: crest of the city of Amsterdam (Dianova, 1980, # 173 [1697]).
Binding: 18th/19th-century, boards stamped in leather, with two brass clasps.

This manuscript represents an expanded version of a 16th-century Paterikon found in the Rumi︠a︡nt︠s︡ev Museum collection, Russian State Library, Moscow, # 307. (See A. Vostokov, Opisanie russkikh i slovenskikh rukopiseĭ Rumi︠a︡nt︠s︡evskogo Muzeuma, St. Petersburg, 1842.)
