Photograph album titled "In the Hills" containing 42 black and white and 2 sepia-toned photographic prints of an estate in Helotes, Texas. Accompanied by a typescript description of In the Hills, prepared to advertise the 918 acre property to prospective buyers; a Western Union telegram, dated May 3, 1935, from Jack Powell of Toronto, Ontario to Dr. James S. McKay of San Antonio, informing McKay of a possible purchaser for McKay's "Aylmer Road House"; and 11 black and white snapshots of the In the Hills property including five with unidentified men and women in the foreground.
